How can we help?

For account, subscription, sync, workout, health, running, accessibility, or privacy support, email support@duecue.dev.

Workout Waves is maintained by an independent developer. We will make a reasonable effort to review support requests, but do not promise a particular response time, continuous availability, individual coaching, data recovery, compatibility with every device, or resolution of every issue.

Include

  • A short description of what you expected and what happened.
  • Your phone model, operating-system version, and Workout Waves version.
  • Steps that reproduce the problem and a screenshot if it is safe to share.
Do not send passwords, reset links, access tokens, payment-card details, private health exports, or another person's data.

Support boundaries

Support may be limited to current versions of Workout Waves and supported operating systems. We may ask you to update the app, restart your device, provide non-sensitive diagnostics, or contact an app store or third-party provider. We may prioritise security, account access, billing, and widespread failures, and may decline abusive, unsafe, unlawful, repetitive, or unrelated requests.

Support is not medical, emergency, legal, or professional training advice. If you may be injured or in danger, stop using the app and contact an appropriate professional or emergency service.

Subscriptions

Purchases, refunds, billing, and cancellation are normally controlled by the store that processed the transaction. DueCue cannot directly cancel a store subscription or guarantee a refund. The app's subscription screen links to the relevant store-management page.

Account deletion

Use the in-app deletion action when possible. Full instructions are on the account deletion page.
