Account deletion

Delete your account and cloud data.

Account deletion is permanent and may remove training history, statistics, social content, and cloud data that cannot be recovered. Export or save anything you need before continuing. The fastest and safest option is inside Workout Waves:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Choose Account actions.
  3. Select Delete account and confirm.
Subscriptions: deleting the account or app does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel an active renewing subscription through Apple or Google first. DueCue cannot cancel a store-managed subscription on your behalf.

What is deleted

The deletion process is designed to remove the Supabase authentication account and associated cloud profile, workouts, exercises, statistics, social content, device tokens, and other records linked through deletion rules. Local app data associated with the signed-in account is cleared from the device as part of the account-removal flow.

What may remain temporarily

Deletion is not necessarily immediate from every system. Encrypted backups, security and abuse-prevention logs, support correspondence, transaction or entitlement records, legal claims, and records required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance may remain for a limited period. Backups are removed through normal rotation. Aggregated or irreversibly anonymised information may remain because it no longer identifies you.

App stores, health platforms, devices, people you shared content with, and other third parties control their own copies and records. Deleting Workout Waves data does not require those third parties to delete information they independently control.

Verification and delays

DueCue may require reasonable identity verification before acting on an emailed request. A request may be limited, delayed, or refused where permitted by law—for example, to protect another person, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with a legal obligation, or establish or defend legal claims. Requests will be handled within the time required by applicable law.

Cannot access the app?

Email support@duecue.dev from the address associated with your account. Include only the information needed to identify the account. Never send your password, recovery token, payment-card details, full health export, progress photos, or precise routes.
